The first-floor apartment has lift access. An entrance hallway leads to a living area with an open kitchen, dining table and sofa, beside a furnished balcony. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, toilet and bidet, and another with a bathtub, toilet and bidet.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, television, fans, iron and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, boiler, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
