House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight: six guests in the main house and two teenagers in the studio loft. Bring your own sheets and towels; linen is not provided, and linen hire is available. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome, but the studio loft is only suitable for teenagers. Long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
Sandy Gully Beach is approximately 150 metres or two minutes away. Split Point Lighthouse is 1.3 km away and Sunnymede Beach is 1.4 km away. The General Store is a ten-minute walk away. The studio loft requires a steep climb up an attic ladder and has a shallow-pitch roof; it is suitable only for teenagers.
