## About the house

Green Gully House accommodates six guests in the main house and two teenagers in the backyard studio loft. The main house has two queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all with built-in robes. The studio has a double loft bed and an additional lounge for games or movie nights. Its shallow-pitch roofed loft is reached by a steep attic ladder and is suitable only for teenagers.

The living area has white shiplap walls, wooden floors, pitched ceilings with exposed beams, couches, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen smart TV and a stereo. It opens on two sides to a wrap-around verandah. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, wooden countertops and cabinets, an oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher, with a separate wooden dining set. Electric wall heating serves the main living area, and two portable heaters are available.

Outside are a fenced garden and lawn, BBQ, day bed, outdoor dining furniture and an outdoor shower. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and clothesline. There is a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet in the laundry. Two free on-site parking spaces are available.

Sandy Gully Beach is approximately 150 metres or two minutes away. Split Point Lighthouse is 1.3 km away, with cliff-top walks nearby, and Sunnymede Beach is 1.4 km away. The General Store, with gourmet food and wine, is a ten-minute walk away. Bring your own sheets and towels; linen hire is available.
