The house

The home sits on 1 acre surrounded by 15 acres of greenspace, with mountain views and wildlife including elk and foxes. Big Sky Resort and Mountain Village Base Area are 15 minutes away.

The main entrance is on the second floor, across from the detached guest house. Entry storage includes a wall-mounted boot dryer and lockers, with a laundry room nearby. The open kitchen, dining and living areas have exposed wood beams and mountain views. The kitchen includes premium appliances, a double oven and wine chiller; the dining table seats eight. The living area has a gas fireplace, sectional sofa, swivel chairs, bar cart and TV.

Sliding doors open to a private covered deck with seating, a firepit table and hanging infrared heaters. The uncovered deck contains a private outdoor hot tub and Weber gas grill, with sliding doors to the primary bedroom. A SONOS sound system is available.

The first-floor game room includes two TVs, shuffleboard, ping pong, games, puzzles and exercise equipment. A Peloton is available. In summer, the paved outdoor area offers a basketball hoop and golfing cage. The queen bedroom has a low A-frame ceiling and a designated workspace with a sofa. The separate guest house includes a king bed and kitchenette.

The home has heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials. There is no air conditioning. Parking accommodates one vehicle in the garage, with additional driveway spaces.
