## About the house

The newly built penthouse has over 2,147 square feet of living space within a six-acre community with communal fire pits and a playground. Elevator doors open into an open-plan living area with a stacked-stone fireplace, heated floors and mountain views. Accordion glass doors connect the living area to a partially covered balcony of more than 900 square feet, with a private hot tub, barbecue grill and outdoor seating.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and cookware for preparing meals, along with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. The dining table seats six, with four additional seats at the kitchen island. A separate TV room has plush seating and a chair that opens to sleep one. A stacked washer and dryer are in the hallway. Bed linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.

The primary bedroom and one guest bedroom each have a king bed, balcony access and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The bedroom bathrooms have heated floors.

Private garage parking accommodates one vehicle, with additional parking in the building lot. Downtown Whitefish is three minutes away and Glacier National Park is 30 minutes away. City Beach is a 15-minute drive, and Whitefish Mountain Resort is a 10-minute drive. The free S.N.O.W. Bus serves Whitefish and Big Mountain during peak ski and summer seasons. The building has an exterior-monitoring security system.

Maximum overnight occupancy is seven. Smoking, vaping, pets, parties and events are not permitted, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, golf parties and weddings. Check-in on December 25 is not available. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. The building has a security system monitoring the exterior.
