The house

The home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single beds. Garden-facing windows bring natural light into the bedrooms, which offer privacy in a suburban setting. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet; the downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Downstairs, a spacious living room has a sofa, TV and ping-pong table. The upstairs living room has a large TV and leafy outlooks. The dining area overlooks treetops and Mona Vale valley, with a glimpse of the ocean. The equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, espresso machine, toaster and kettle.

A covered deck has a six-seat outdoor dining table and gas BBQ, overlooking a generous backyard lawn. The private laundry includes a washer, dryer and outdoor access, with a full-sized Hills Hoist in the backyard and a folding clothes horse behind the laundry door. Portable fans and heaters are provided.

Free on-site parking includes two dedicated spaces and a long driveway with room for additional cars. Basin Beach is a short walk away; Mona Vale Beach, ocean pools, cafés, shops and scenic walks are nearby. The two-level layout requires climbing stairs and may not suit guests with mobility issues.
