House rules
Maximum occupancy is 16. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $4,900.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Long-term stays are allowed. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. A credit card must be on file before arrival information is released.
Getting there
Ski access is across San Joaquin Road. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. The Market Gondola is within walking distance, and Dial-A-Ride is available for trips into the Village. Parking is limited to two cars. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
