Questions guests ask before booking

Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?
Healthy home-cooked meals made from freshly sourced local ingredients are available. Guests should inform the property in advance so ingredients can be procured. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and evening tea time; service at other times can be arranged for an additional charge.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific times, but it must not be played after 10 pm. Guests should respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
We're planning to drive down. Are the roads good?
Roads connecting to the property are good. Guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Who manages the villa?
A caretaker is onsite.
