House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are accepted except animals classified as dangerous. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Linen can be ordered as an option for the stay, without renewal; in-stay housekeeping is not provided. The tourist tax is payable before the stay. A refundable €800 deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. End-of-stay cleaning costs €185 per booking; the concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional linen charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; bath mat €3. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and checkout is before 10:00; in low season, times are flexible by arrangement. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover.
Getting there
Saint-Guénolé port is 300 m away; Pors Carn beach is 1.5 km away in the description (the distances section gives 2 km); La Torche beach is 4 km away in the description (the distances section gives 6 km). Free street parking is available, but there is no private parking space. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
