The closest beach is across the road, and the National Park is a five-minute drive away. The property is walkable to Cruz Bay restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, and waterfront dining. Ferry access to Cruz Bay from St. Thomas includes approximately a 45-minute ferry ride from Crown Bay and approximately a 20–25-minute ferry ride from Red Hook, with Red Hook about a 40–45-minute taxi ride from the airport.

A 12.5% hotel tax and a $150 cleaning fee apply. A $500 prepaid damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure provided no damage occurs. Additional guests are charged $20 per person per night. Regular-season stays have a three-night minimum; holiday stays have a seven-night minimum. Children are welcome.
