Children are welcome. Additional guests are subject to an additional-guest charge. A 12.5% hotel tax, a $125 cleaning fee, and a $500 prepaid damage deposit apply; the damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure if no damage occurs. The studio has a three-night minimum in the stated in-season and off-season periods and a seven-night holiday minimum. No parking space is included with the studio rental.
Getting there
The studio is on the third floor. It is within walking distance of Cruz Bay restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, and waterfront dining. Several beaches are accessible from Cruz Bay, while north-shore beaches are described as a short taxi or drive away. The closest beach is described as across the road, with a five-minute drive to the National Park. The studio rental has no included parking space in the Grande Bay Resort garage. Access to St. John commonly involves travel through Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas followed by a ferry or passenger boat to Cruz Bay; ferry travel from Crown Bay is described as approximately 45 minutes, and the Red Hook ferry as approximately 20–25 minutes after a 40–45-minute taxi ride from the airport.
