House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Unless agreed otherwise in advance, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify management if the guest count changes. Treat the property respectfully. Pets are not permitted unless an exception has been agreed in advance.
Getting there
Town and the beach are a short stroll away. Parking is limited to two car spaces. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
