The house

The home accommodates up to eight guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main floor has a great room with wood furniture and log accents, a bar with stool seating, and a two-story living area with large windows, sofas, armchairs, a TV and fireplace. The equipped kitchen has high-end appliances, an eight-person dining table and breakfast-bar seating for four. A deck has an outdoor dining table and water views.

The main-level primary bedroom has a king bed, deck access and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The lower-level studio has a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining area for four, TV, deck and private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. A lower-level bunk room has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and shared bathroom access with a shower, plus an open loft with a couch, two armchairs, TV and four-person table.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, grill, garage and on-site parking. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. Downtown Breckenridge and the BreckConnect Gondola are three miles away; the gondola is a six-minute drive. Skiing, sledding, mountain biking and fishing are within a short drive.
