House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Bedrooms 7 and 8 are reserved for children. Pool open June 20–September 13. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. A refundable €800 booking deposit is held by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of booking. Optional kitchen linen: €2 per booking; bath linen set: €7 per booking; double-bed linen: €18 per bed; single-bed linen: €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning: €300 per booking; bath mat: €3 per booking. Bed linen and towels are not provided unless ordered. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
The Vézère River is 300 m away. Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère village and Le Petit Léon restaurant are 2 km away; Roque Saint Christophe is 5 km away. The property has two outdoor parking spaces. It has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use household outlets for vehicle charging.
