Non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are permitted except animals described as dangerous breeds. The home is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional linen is supplied on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, taken as a card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services include cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the reservation; kitchen towels €2 per booking; a towel set €7 per booking; linen for one double bed €18 per booking; linen for one single bed €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €130 per booking; and bath mat €3 per booking.
