When is the hotel open?
The hotel is seasonal, open in winter from mid-December to mid-April and in summer from early June to the end of October.
Can guests ski directly from the hotel?
Yes. The hotel has direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Arolla slopes and is also a starting point for ski touring and the Haute Route Chamonix–Zermatt.
Are pets accepted?
Yes, in the Balcon Vue Montagne category for CHF 10 per night. Please notify the hotel when booking.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Buffet breakfast is included in all room categories and is served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the L’Honorine dining room.
How many people can the Espace Premium accommodate?
Up to six people. It consists of three rooms around one vestibule, each with its own bathroom. Coffee and tea are included.
Is there a restaurant at the hotel?
Yes. The hotel has three dining spaces: L’Honorine, Le Carnotzet, and the Jardin des Arolles terrace. They are open to hotel guests and visitors.
