House rules
No smoking or vaping, and no parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. Infants and children are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard arrival is between 15:00 and 21:00; arrivals outside these hours must be requested. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available to hire. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
Bedrooms occupy the first and top floors; stairs lead down to the laundry room. A small top-floor room is private and not available to guests. Terrace furniture is being replaced with outdoor chairs. The property is for sale and viewings may take place with 24 hours’ notice.
