House rules
Minimum age to rent: 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping. One parking pass per unit. For bookings 30 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 29 days before arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, a full refund is provided.
Getting there
Across from the beach with beach access and an easy walk to the Gulf. One parking pass is provided per unit.
