The condo sleeps up to six guests, with a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and twin/twin hallway bunks. It has one full bathroom and a covered private balcony overlooking landscaped grounds and the community pool, with views toward the Gulf and beach.

The full kitchen has granite counters, white appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. A dining room, air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet, television with cable/satellite, DVD player, washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board are available. Bath towels and linens are provided; comforters and coverlets are laundered before every check-in.

Shared facilities include an outdoor heated community pool, community hot tub, charcoal grills and a picnic area. The gated community has an elevator and security cameras in common areas. The condo has a private entrance and keyless self check-in. Free parking is available with one parking pass per unit. The property is between Orange Beach and Pensacola, across from the beach with an easy walk to the Gulf.

For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, a full refund is provided.
