Folding doors separate the main sitting room from the modern kitchen and dining area, which has an eight-seat French-style table. A second sitting room, a few steps below, overlooks the private garden and opens onto a patio for outdoor dining. A third sitting room on the lower level has a desk facing a bay window.

Bedroom 1 is on the second level and has a super king-size bed, dressing room and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 shares this level and has two single beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the third level, each with a king-size bed; Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom. Fans are provided in every bedroom from May to September and can be requested outside this period.

The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include free internet, heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, television with cable TV, a sound system, hair dryer and towels. Bath, shower and bath-with-shower facilities are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.
