The hotel offers seven distinct room categories: Tawny, Pink, Vintage, White, Ruby, Reserve and LBV. Room categories include River Rooms, a River Room with Terrace and Square Rooms. Some rooms face the river and others Ribeira Square; the rooms page says all have views over the Douro River. Room decor draws on the Porto Cruz campaign, and each room has a Port wine category and a work of art.
