House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. Utilities such as water and electricity are charged additionally in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in.
Getting there
Guests must collect the keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
