House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an 80€ surcharge applies for non-responsible use of domestic utilities, including water, electricity and gas. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor in a building with a lift. Parking is in a nearby building. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
