Before you book
House rules
Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, 150€ for domestic services (water, electricity, gas and similar utilities) is included subject to responsible usage. An 800€ security deposit must be paid in cash at check-in; excessive utility usage and damage detected after checkout may be charged against it. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
