## About the house

The apartment is on the second floor and has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub and one bathroom with a shower. Sleeping arrangements comprise one double bed, two single beds and one single sofa bed.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and toaster. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and TV. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included, along with bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

A baby travel bed is available upon request. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. A transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, 150€ for domestic services such as water, electricity and gas is included, subject to responsible usage. An 800€ security deposit is collected in cash at check-in and may be used to cover excessive utility usage or damage detected after checkout. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
