## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 16 guests, with 15 beds across eight suites and eight bathrooms. Each suite has a television, walk-in closet, mini-bar with morning coffee and a full bathroom. Staff include a chef, butler, maids, concierge and drivers, with daily maid service. Outdoor facilities include balconies, a patio/deck, BBQ grill, open-air bars and a wine room. Recreation facilities include a heated infinity pool, splash pool, Jacuzzi, spa, yoga platform, gym, entertainment room with a pool table and indoor and outdoor games, and a private movie theater with a viewing library. Surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks, mountain bikes and golf carts are available. Guided private tours use a Jeep Wrangler, Range Rover or Ford Explorer SUV. Ceiling fans, cable/satellite television, CD and DVD players, a stereo system, hairdryer, security safe and security system are provided.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Groups larger than eight incur an additional charge of 500 U.S. dollars per additional guest over 14 years old, per night.
