# Gould Street Escape East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The home has approximately 4,000 square feet plus a finished lower level of approximately 1,000 square feet. Public living spaces connect to covered and open outdoor areas. Two walls of folding glass doors and retractable screens turn the dining area into a screened dining porch. A custom pergola shelters an outdoor entertainment area with a fire table and pizza oven. A Crestron system runs throughout the home. Four bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary bedroom with a west-facing balcony. A guest primary suite is on the main floor; the sixth bedroom is on the lower level. Three bedrooms have king beds and three have queen beds. All six bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; bedrooms 1 and 6 have televisions. The lower level also contains a movie theater, gym and wine cellar. Outdoor facilities include a private 40-foot gunite saltwater pool, an automatic under-coping cover, a fenced backyard, patio furniture, three lounge chairs, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a swing set. Three beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Indoor facilities include a kitchen, wine fridge, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, fireplaces, a steam room, game room, ping-pong table, Sonos speakers and fitness equipment including a treadmill, weights and a yoga mat. Bed linen, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Maximum occupancy is 10. Additional guests require express approval and may incur a $500.00 per-person, per-night fee. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One dog of 30 lbs or less is permitted for $400.00 per booking. Larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $200.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, the original dates may still be used if scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
