No smoking. No pets. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. A refundable breakage deposit is required. Pool heating is available on request for an additional weekly charge. Pool fencing is an optional paid service.

Puerto Pollensa sandy beach is approximately 900 m away and can be reached on foot in approximately seven minutes via a flat, easy walk. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are within walking distance; the town centre is 1.5 km away.
