House rules
Maximum six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking; it is sent within 24 hours of booking. An electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.

The condo is above a restaurant on Baltimore Avenue, steps from the beach and boardwalk.
