House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–09:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Read and respect the house rules before booking and during your stay.
Getting there
Not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Clapham has Northern Line, rail and bus connections; typical journeys to central London take 10–15 minutes.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at stay.houst.com.
