## About the house

The home has open living spaces with coastal decor, a plush sectional and a flat-screen TV. Glass doors connect the living area to the backyard. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar and a Keurig coffee maker. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has a double bed and a twin bed. There are two bathrooms, with a bathtub among the amenities. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and a hair dryer are provided. A washer and dryer are available in a common space.

Outside are a private pool, a tropical outdoor bar and a private dock for fishing and canal views, with Gulf access by boat. Fishing poles, beach and pool toys, and a portable radio are stored in the garage. Streaming is available using guests' own accounts, and Peacock offers movies and television shows. Pets are welcome subject to a pet fee and applicable restrictions.

Optional electric pool heating costs $32 per day plus tax and must be requested from VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival. Heating depends on weather and does not guarantee a particular water temperature. Cape Coral offers restaurants, shopping and entertainment, with nearby beaches and Southwest Florida attractions available for day trips.

Optional pool heating costs $32 per day plus tax; request it from VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival. The electric heater relies on outdoor air temperatures and, under favorable conditions, can generally warm the water to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. No specific temperature, including 85°F, is guaranteed. At outdoor temperatures of approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. Cold fronts, particularly from December through February, can delay heating or prevent a comfortable swimming temperature. Overnight lows, wind and rain also affect performance. Heating fees apply once requested, regardless of weather or the temperature reached. Check the forecast before purchasing pool heat.

The private dock has canal views and Gulf access by boat.

Maximum seven guests. No smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a pet fee and applicable restrictions. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days is nonrefundable. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
