## About the house

Good Vibrations accommodates up to nine guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The ground level contains the entry, storage area and two outdoor showers. On Level 2, two oceanside queen bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination and deck access. Two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds; one also has an additional twin-size sleeping bed, and the other is oceanside with deck access. A separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, laundry and hot tub are also on this level.

Level 3 contains the great room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, open decks and a screened porch with ocean and sound views. Level 4 has a ship’s-watch living area with a home theater system.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, five beach chairs and a private well. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. An iron and ironing board, pillows and blankets, and a washer and dryer are provided. Starting in 2027, bed and bath linens are not provided.

Accessible by four-wheel-drive vehicle only, approximately 2.9 miles up the beach from the paved-road access. The home sits atop a high dune in Seagull Beach and offers easy beach access. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Seagull Beach has no roads, restaurants or shops.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits; pet-policy violations may result in termination of tenancy. Starting in 2027, bed and bath linens are not provided. Saturday check-in and check-out. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee and must be reserved subject to qualification.
