House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or from the property line. Daytime conversation noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is 10 am to 10 pm.
Getting there
The home is in Deepwell, south of downtown Palm Springs, just under three miles from downtown. Tahquitz Canyon is one and a half miles west; Indian Canyons is three miles south.
