Level three has an ocean-facing living area with a double-sided gas fireplace shared with a covered porch with retractable screens, an ocean room with wet bar, and a sunset sitting area. The main kitchen has a six-burner commercial cooktop with griddle, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, a walk-in pantry and a granite bar with nine chairs. The dining area seats 14. The 560-square-foot Grand Ensuite has a gas fireplace, ocean-view seating, an oversized shower with wall and ceiling shower heads, a walk-in closet, and access to a covered side porch and private deck. Level three also has another king ensuite and a half bathroom. Level two has seven ensuite bedrooms, cork flooring, a Sunrise sitting room with ocean views and a wet bar, and laundry facilities. One king bed on this level converts to two twin beds. Level one has three ensuite bedrooms, a children's playroom, laundry, and a recreation room with pool, foosball, shuffleboard, a vintage jukebox, an arcade game and a PS4; games are not provided. The adjacent theater has reclining leather seats, a 120-inch HD screen and surround sound. A second kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker and microwave. The outdoor area includes a bar and conversation area, gas and charcoal cooking station, cabana half bathroom, outdoor shower, private outdoor pool with a shallow area and built-in spa, and a hot tub. Curved steps lead to the pool deck. A private beach walkway with steps leads from the pool area to a dune-top deck and the beach. An elevator is available, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA requirements, and access may involve steps or thresholds. Bath towels, upgraded bed linens, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, cable TV and beach chairs are provided. The kitchen also has cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, and a toaster. An arriving ambassador familiarizes guests with the home. The Welcome Program supplies a starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; guests provide supplies for the remainder of their stay. Five beach chairs are listed separately from the seasonal Beach Cabana Plus service, which provides two umbrellas and six beach chairs from April 27–September 26, 2026, and April 26–September 25, 2027.
