## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. Its open living room, dining room and study face the golf course and lake, while the private terrace overlooks the same landscape. The heated private pool is reached through a glass entrance. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance inside the gated community.

The kitchen has oak cabinets, Calacata quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast room seats four, and the outdoor BBQ area has two gas tanks provided. A cook and dedicated waiter/bartender are included during the stay.

All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, double shower tower, garden shower, cedar walk-in closet and golf-course views through anti-noise glass windows. Guest bedrooms 2–5 each have a cedar-lined closet, ceiling fan and individual air conditioning. There is also a guest full bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers and basic supplies are provided.

Wi-Fi extends throughout the villa. Other facilities include air-conditioned living areas, a study suitable for reading or work, satellite or cable TV, a speaker system, safe, washer, dryer and designated parking space.

Resort registration is required before arrival. The Casa de Campo ID card provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Spa, golf courses with advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must complete resort registration before arrival. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees apply. Resort fees are $25 per adult per day and $12 per child aged 4–12 per day; children under 4 have no resort fee. Resort fees are paid directly upon arrival. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Occupancy pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom.
