## About the house

The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have king beds; Guest Bedroom 3 has queen bedding and Guest Bedroom 4 has double bedding.

Shared living and dining spaces have air conditioning, satellite or cable TV, and a pool table. The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and hot water. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish scrubbers, paper towels, facial tissues, trash bags, and laundry detergent are provided. A washer and dryer, hair dryers, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, lotion, and a safe are available. Staff is included.

The private pool and BBQ area overlook the golf course, and parking is available at the property. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Golf, tennis, fishing, watersports, shopping, and spa and wellness activities are available in the surrounding area.

Registration provides access to Casa de Campo resort facilities, including the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach, and Central Romana Medical Center services. Resort registration and service charges apply.

The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A mandatory 18% service fee is additional to the accommodation charge. Casa de Campo resort fees and registration charges are payable directly to the resort upon arrival. Resort registration costs $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and is complimentary for children under 4. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Guests must provide names and passport numbers for resort registration; registered guests receive a Casa de Campo ID card with their stay dates.
