The house

The home has open-plan living and dining areas, a large deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ, and an upstairs parents' retreat with its own living area overlooking the golf course. The main lounge has a Smart TV and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine described as compatible with DeLonghi pods. An additional fridge is downstairs. Linen, wetsuits for guest use, an iron and smoke alarms are provided. All five bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bedrooms 1–4 have built-in robes, and Bedroom 5 has a walk-in robe. Each of the three bathrooms has a shower, toilet and vanity. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Firewood is provided from May to October. The home is professionally managed with 24/7 local support.
