Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. Checkout is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late checkout incurs an additional fee. Lost pool wristbands cost $50 each.
Getting there
The condo is steps from the beach and has golf-course views. Palmas del Mar's marina, restaurants, golf course, and other resort areas are a short drive or, in some cases, a walk away. A rental car is described as the most reliable way to explore the resort and surrounding coast; Uber and local taxis are also available. The nearest major airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International in San Juan, about an hour's drive away.
