The open-plan kitchen and dining area has skylights, a sofa, an island with breakfast bar and a dining table overlooking the garden. French doors lead to the garden, which has a hanging chair.

The double reception room includes a TV room and a separate lounge with a traditional fireplace. The principal bedroom has wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a desk and chest of drawers, while the third has a double sofa bed and TV. The family bathroom contains a roll-top bath, walk-in shower and toilet. A separate office provides workspace.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, parking, central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, bed linen, toiletries and a hair dryer. The home is suitable for children and infants. Access through a back gate is available for storing a bike.
