House rules
Maximum occupancy is two guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Cannabis is prohibited throughout the Golden Sands grounds. Early check-in is not permitted. Display parking tags at all times and use assigned spaces except during designated open-parking periods. Vehicles must not be left unattended during check-in or checkout. Improperly parked vehicles may be booted or towed at the owner's expense. Ocean City noise ordinances apply; excessive noise may be grounds for eviction.
Getting there
The beach is steps away. Children in diapers cannot use the indoor pool or large outdoor pool and may use the outdoor kiddie pool instead.
