The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has one king bed and sleeps two; Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and sleeps four. The furnished living space includes cable TV and a DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave and dishwasher. Central air-conditioning, heating and an on-site washer/dryer are available.

The Golden Sands complex offers beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a rooftop pool, an outdoor kiddie pool, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, a gym, sauna and game facilities including ping-pong and a pool table. The building has an elevator. A beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store and gift shops operate during the summer season.

Complimentary building Wi-Fi is available as a courtesy but is not guaranteed. Children in diapers may use the outdoor kiddie pool, but not the indoor pool or large outdoor pool. Parking requires displayed permits and follows seasonal assigned-space or open-parking arrangements.

Ocean City noise ordinances apply; excessive noise can be grounds for eviction under Maryland law.
