- Up to two dogs, each under 100 lbs, are allowed. Cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken.

- Kitchen with blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The Level 1 recreation room also has a full-size refrigerator and wet bar.

- Washer and dryer provided.
Pool
Private poolPrivate outdoor pool, advertised size 18 × 32. Regular opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. An extended opening date of April 11, 2026, and an extended closing date of October 15, 2027, are offered. Optional pool-date extension fees are $200 plus tax/week in 2026 and $250 plus tax/week in 2027. Shared community indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools are also available.
