The house

The home accommodates up to 12 guests in four advertised bedrooms, including an open top-level loft. The primary bedroom has a king bed and TV; two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and TV. The loft has three queen beds and is best suited to guests comfortable sharing an open space. There are three bathrooms and a main-level steam shower.

The living room has tall windows, a gas fireplace and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, oven, drip coffee and barstool seating adjoining the dining area. A dedicated workspace is on the loft level. A pack 'n play, high chair, children's books and child-friendly dishware are available. Linens, towels, pillows, comforters and bath products are provided.

A ski preparation room has boot warmers, benches and gear storage. Outdoor facilities include the private hot tub, patio seating and a propane grill. The home also has heating, a washer and dryer, a hair dryer and an ironing board. Free private parking accommodates four cars.

The Quit'N Time run at Park City Mountain Resort is directly behind the property. The Town Lift is a short walk away, and Main Street's restaurants, galleries and bars are a few blocks downhill. Deer Valley is a quick drive, Utah Olympic Park is fifteen minutes away, and Salt Lake City International Airport is well under an hour away.
