The house

The main terrace has a chlorine pool measuring 5 × 3.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep, with sun loungers and a barbecue nearby. Outdoor facilities include terraces, balconies, parasols and a garden.

Downstairs, the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has satellite television, a ceramic hob and a dining bar. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. There is also a shower bathroom and a twin bedroom with space for a cot and highchair. Upstairs are a second shower bathroom, another twin bedroom and a double bedroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and terrace access.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. Wi-Fi, fans, towels and a hair dryer are available.

Lloseta has bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, with access to hiking and cycling in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Ca'n Picafort, the nearest beach, is approximately 29 km away.
