The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opens through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors onto an enclosed deck. Views extend through the Erskine Rivermouth, across Loutitt Bay to Airey's lighthouse. The galley kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster. Indoor and outdoor dining areas, an L-shaped lounge, landscaped gardens, outdoor seating and BBQ facilities are provided. The front bedroom has direct balcony access and ocean views. An internally accessed lower level contains a second living area and the second bathroom, adjoining the outdoor shower area. Linen, heating, a ceiling fan, cable TV, a DVD player and a dryer are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Professional management provides 24/7 local support.
