House rules
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Different times may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability. Reception hours are 06:00–23:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00–23:00 on weekends. Outside reception hours, use the digital key sent before arrival. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and public areas; a 2,000 DKK fee applies. Dogs require advance reservation, are allowed only in standard rooms, and are limited to two per room; the charge is 200 DKK per dog per night. Vehicle registration at reception is required for free parking. A DKK 2,000 deposit may be taken as security for the stay. Breakfast buffet costs 129 DKK.
Getting there
Central Copenhagen is about 20 minutes away by car. Bus 350S runs from Herlev Bymidte to Nørreport; the S-train takes about 25 minutes from Herlev Station to Copenhagen Central Station. Parking spaces are limited and require vehicle registration at reception.
