The villa offers a spacious terrace with armchairs, a pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. A living room and TV lounge provide indoor gathering spaces, while a gym, steam room and wood-fired oven add options for exercise, relaxation and pizza-making.

Seven bedrooms accommodate up to 16 guests, with queen and single beds arranged across the rooms. Six bedrooms have air conditioning and fans; the seventh has only a fan. The house has eight bathrooms, a fully equipped main kitchen and an additional kitchen. A washer, dryer, indoor parking and doorman are also listed.

Located at Mesa de Yeguas in Anapoima, the villa sits within a peaceful gated community. The condominium has ecological trails for walks and observing local flora and fauna. Club access is separate and is not guaranteed by the rental.

Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Daily cleaning by qualified staff is mandatory: one staff member for up to six guests, two for seven to twelve guests, and three for more than twelve guests. This service is not mandatory for check-ins after 15:00 and check-outs before 11:00. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.
