The top-floor great room includes a furnished living area, a seasonal gas fireplace, a desk, and access to a sun deck. The equipped kitchen has dining-table and counter seating, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, and dishes, utensils and cookware. The top-floor ensuite has a king bed and a private bathroom with a hand-tiled, two-person standing shower. The middle floor has a king ensuite and a queen ensuite, each with a private bathroom, plus a king bedroom, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, and a separate full bathroom. The ground floor has a double-over-twin bunk bedroom, a full bathroom, a TV den and laundry facilities. A hot tub is just outside the den. Outdoor facilities include a private pool courtyard with surrounding greenery, a fenced backyard, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, a basketball hoop and an outdoor shower. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, cable TV, municipal water and keyless entry are provided. Four Seasons community facilities include outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, game room, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a trolley, soundside access, a playground, cornhole, parking and beach access.
