Arrival: rooms and suites are available from 14:30. If arriving after 20:00, notify the hotel by telephone. Departure: vacate the room or suite by 10:30. Rooftop spa access is for guests aged 14 and older. Pets are permitted subject to room-category availability and the hotel's dog restrictions; notify the hotel before arrival. Local tax is €3.50 per person per day; children under 14 do not pay it. Cancellation: free up to four weeks before arrival; 35% of the total is charged for cancellations between four and two weeks before arrival; 80% is charged for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival. Cancellation on arrival day, late arrival, or early departure incurs the full amount. A €20 processing fee applies when a deposit is refunded. Accommodation vouchers are subject to availability and minimum-stay limits.
Getting there
The hotel is in Oberbozen on the Ritten, a few minutes from Bolzano by the Ritten cable car; Bolzano is also a few minutes away by car. Many well-known Dolomites areas are about 30–60 minutes away by car. The hotel is reachable by road, with parking directly at the hotel. The Ritten cable car may undergo maintenance in November and March; a replacement bus is available.
