House rules

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. The September annual maintenance closure period may cause minor disruption during the final week of August; amenities remain open during this period. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.

Getting there

The apartment is beachfront at Glitter Bay Estate, directly on the West Coast beach with access to soft white sand and clear blue waters. Lone Star, JuJu’s, and Pepper Jack’s are within a 5–10 minute walk. Massy Stores Sunset Crest is a 4-minute drive, Holetown is a 6-minute drive, Lone Star Restaurant is a 2-minute drive, Grantley Adams International Airport is a 39-minute drive, First Street in Holetown is a 4-minute drive, and St. Lawrence Gap is a 24-minute drive.
